CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Sponsor
This contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Grand Touring Automobiles (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other parties involved in the development, production, or administration of the Contest, as well as members of their immediate family or persons domiciled with any of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter.
3. Contest Period
The Contest begins on March 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on April 30, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Entries received after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must complete one or more of the following methods:
a) Schedule a Spring Maintenance appointment for their Aston Martin, Bentley, Lamborghini or Rolls-Royce vehicle at the Grand Touring Automobiles Downtown Toronto location before the end of the contest deadline.
b) Purchase any Aston Martin, Bentley, Lamborghini or Rolls-Royce Vehicle Accessory from Grand Touring Automobiles Downtown Toronto location or the Online Boutique before the end of the contest deadline.
c) Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without making a purchase, eligible participants must handwrite an original essay of at least 100 words describing who is your favourite Formula 1 team and why.
The essay must include the entrant’s full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number, and be mailed in a sealed envelope with sufficient postage to:

Entries must be postmarked no later than April 20, 2026, and received by April 30, 2026 to be eligible. Limit of one (1) alternate entry per person. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or computer-generated entries are not eligible.
All mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
Limit of up to two (2) entries per person during the Contest Period. Any attempt by a participant to submit more than one entry may result in disqualification.
5. Prize
Two (2) Premier, Privilège 17 Section Passes to the 2026 Formula 1 Lenovo Grand Prix du Canada (May 22-24, 2026)
Includes:
- 3-day ticket
- Reserved seat in Grandstand 17
- Assigned table in the Privilège 17 Lounge
- Breakfast, BBQ lunch, and unlimited soft drinks
- One alcoholic beverage included per day (cash bar available)
- Covered hospitality area, HD screens, official program
Located near the starting line, this option offers an excellent view of the final sector and pit lane, with access to the beach pontoons from the Casino.
Prize value: $3,900 CDN
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable, or convertible to cash (except as may be permitted by the Sponsor at its sole discretion). The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection
A random draw will be conducted on May 1, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification and Confirmation
The selected entrant will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of entry. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must:
• Respond within 2 days of notification;
• Correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance; and
• Comply with all Contest rules.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, or otherwise fails to comply with these rules, they may be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be selected.
8. General Conditions
By entering the Contest, participants agree to abide by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
9. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Contest, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Sponsor solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
11. Governing Law
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. These Rules are governed by the laws of the province in which the entrant resides and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Agreement
By entering this Contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations.
